Tennis Courts Sustain Damage
The latest storm and torrential rain caused much damage to our courts, retaining wall, stairs, the upper seating and picnic areas on August 8th, 2023. Under the direction of Glen, the staff from the Recreation Department worked hard for many days to clean up debris and restore the courts into playing condition. The Town’s new digital news portal, the Winchester News also published an article about the long overdue maintenance and safety needs of our courts.
